论企业人力资源成本控制

经济全球化和全球竞争水平的提高使组织不得不充分利用它们的一切资源以确保其生存和发展。作为企业重要资源的人力资源也引起了企业越来越高的重视，有效的人力资源成本控制已经成为组织发展与成功的关键。如何用好人才，控制人力资源成本，进而提高企业的经济效益已经成为企业发展的重要课题。
在此背景下，本文主要是以如何控制人力资源成本为主线展开研究的，主要的研究内容包括以下几点：首先是引言部分，这节主要介绍了本文的研究背景及意义，分析了国内外的研究现状确定了本文的主要工作和研究内容。其次是提出问题部分，系统的介绍了人力资源、人力资源成本和人力资源成本控制的一些概念，以及影响人力资源成本控制的因素，分析了目前我国企业人力资源成本控制的现状问题等。再次主要是就我国现存的问题进行人力资源成本控制的方法探讨，及制定企业相应的人力资源成本控制的策略等等。最终通过研究国内人力资源成本控制的现状，对企业人力资源成本控制进行了系统地分析和研究，希望能为我国企业提供一点有价值的启示和参考借鉴，为我国企业的健康发展做出一点贡献。

Abstract
Economic globalization and raise the level of global competition that organizations have to make full use of all the resources they to ensure their survival and development. As an important enterprise resource human resources also attracted the attention of enterprise higher and higher, effective human resource cost control has become organizational development and the key to success. How to use the good person talent, control the human resources cost, then improve the economic benefit of enterprise has become the important subject for enterprise development.
In this background, this paper mainly based on how to control the human resource costs as the main line launched research, the main research contents include the following: first is the introduction section, this section mainly introduces its research background and significance, analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of determined the this article main work and research content. Second is part of the question is introduced, the system of human resource, manpower resource cost and human resource cost control some of the concepts of human resources, and the impact of the cost control of factors in China, analyses the current enterprise human resources situation of cost control, etc. China's main is again the existing problems in human resource cost control, and discussed the methods of human resources formulated enterprise corresponding the cost control strategy, etc. Finally through the study of the cost control of domestic present situation of human resource, human resources in enterprises cost control this paper systematically analyzes and studies, the hope can provide some valuable enterprise in China, the enlightenment and reference for the healthy development of for our country enterprise to make some contributions.
