人员素质测评在人力资源管理中的应用研究

人员素质测评综合运用心理学、行为学、管理学,计算机技术等多种学科和技术,通过严密的测评过程和客观的评分标准,对人的知识水平、能力结构、个性特点、职业倾向、发展潜能等多种素质进行测评和评估,并根据工作岗位要求及企业组织特性进行评价,实现对人的准确了解,从而将最合适的人放在最合适的岗位上,以实现最佳工作绩效。人员素质测评是科学测评人员素质、合理配置人力资源、有效激励人才能力、全面反映人才市场的现代人力资源管理工具,对于提高管理效率与质量,从而达到人与事的最佳配置有着十分重要的意义。在企业人力资源管理中,科学合理的人才测评既能让合适的人在合适的岗位上,使其充分发挥潜能,避免人力资源浪费,也为人力资源的不断发展和创新提供依据。目前,我国的人才测评虽然发展较快,但仍存在着认识不足、效果不佳的现象,因此,需要较强研究探讨,提高测评的科学化、规范化水平。

Abstract

Personnel quality assessment use various disciplines and technologies such as  psychology, behavior science, management, computer technology, assess and evaluate one’s knowledge level and ability structure, personality traits, professional tendency, development potential and so ,through a rigorous process of assessment and objective evaluation criterion,and evaluate one’s o,wo can achieve to understand one accuracy, thus make one in the most appropriate post,topersonality according to the job requirements and enterprise organization characteristics,s achieve the best performance. Quality of personnel evaluation is a modern human resources management tool to scientifically evaluate the quality of personnel,to legitimately deploy the human resources, to effectively motivate talented people, and to fully reflect the talent market.It has great significance for improving management efficiency and quality, to achieve the best allocation of people and events. In enterprise’s human resources management, scientific and reasonable personnel quality assessment can not only make the right people in the right position, make its potential to the full, avoid human resources waste, but also for human resource development and innovation assessment provides the basis. Currently,even our country's rapid development of personnel assessment  are still exist, but inadequate understanding, the effect not beautiful phenomenon, therefore, need stronger study, improve the level evaluation of the personnel quality assessment’s scientific and standardization.
