小学新任班主任工作现状调查研究

本研究以xx大学初等教育学院10、11届毕业生为例，通过调查小学新任班主任的工作情意、工作能力、相关理论水平、职前学习和在职培训等方面情况，收集小学新任班主任工作现状信息并进行相关研究，以为更深刻地了解目前小学新任班主任工作现状、优化新任班主任培训系统、提高小学新任班主任工作能力提供参考依据。
 
This study for 2010 and 2011 graduates in elementary education college of Hangzhou normal university as an example, through the investigation of the new class sponsor's affection, the ability to work, work related theoretical level, pre-service and in-service training, etc, collect information and related research about new class sponsor's work status in Primary school, to provide a reference basis to thought more deeply understanding of the present status of the new class sponsors, optimization of new class sponsors’ training system, improve the ability of new class sponsors in primary school.
