员工培训有效性研究


自我国加入WTO组织后,我国经济贸易得到迅速发展,我国越来越多的企业走出了国门,走向世界,企业获得更高的发展平台。但是在获得发展机遇的同时,也有越来越多的国外企业进驻中国,占领了一部分中国市场,对我国本土企业造成一定冲击。因此,本土企业除了需要面对原有的竞争对手外,还需要面对来自国外企业的挑战。而现阶段的经济竞争不再仅仅依赖于企业资本、硬件设施、企业资源等,而更直接依赖于企业人才。人力资源是企业获取竞争力的源泉,因此要提高企业竞争力,就需要不断增强人力资源,需要对人才不断进行增值,此时就需要用到培训。因此,本文选择对企业员工培训有效性进行研究。本文通过文献研究的方法得出主要的培训理论、现阶段培训有效性的研究进展,并将其总结出培训有效性的判断标准、影响培训有效性的影响因素以及提高培训有效性的方法。本文又通过实地调查和案例分析的方法获得关于A公司的相关资料,并且对A公司的培训现状进行分析,发现A公司的培训主要问题在于:缺少相关培训制度、缺少内部培训师、缺少培训专职人员。针对以上这些问题,结合A公司实际情况并运用文献综述中的培训理论及提高培训有效性方法,提出能够提高A公司培训有效性的建议。

Abstract
Since China is accession to the World Trade Organization, economy and trade of China is rapidly developing.More and more domestic enterprises are out of the country to move towards the world. Although companies can get the higher development platform, there are more and more foreigner companies to set up shops in China to occupy parts of the Chinese market when getting development opportunities,which make an impact on domestic enterprises.Ttherefore, domestic enterprises is not only facing the original competitors but also needing to face the challenges from foreigner enterprises. At this stage, economic competition is no longer just depending on the enterprise capital, hardware facilities, resources etc.It’s more directly dependent on the enterprise talents. Human resource is the source to obtain competitive for enterprise.Thus, improving enterprise competitiveness requires strengthening the human resources and adding human capital value,which need to train at this time. Therefore,studying training effectiveness in enterprise was chosen. This paper concluded  the main training theories, the current research progress of training effectiveness by means of document research and summarized the criterion of training effectiveness ,the factors of influencing the training effectiveness and the methods to improve the training effectiveness .This paper analysed the present training situation of A company with the information of A company through on-the-spot investigation and case analysis,which found that the main training problems of A company is the lack of relevant training system, the lack of internal training division and the lack of training professional personnel. Aiming at these problems, this paper offered some suggestions for A company to improve the training effectiveness with considering the actual situation of A company and using the training theories and methods to improve training effectiveness in the literature review.
