购物中心招聘管理研究
中国购物中心的发展阶段萌芽于20世纪80年代末期,在吸取国际经验和实操的逐步探索中,近年来,越来越多的投资人关注到中国商业房地产市场的前景和机会,购物中心的连锁扩张趋势也日益凸显。一个购物中心建起来不难,难在其后续的经营管理,这也是商业地产(购物中心)经营的核心所在。但由于当前中国商业房地产行业还不成熟,在高速发展的过程中,普遍存在着定位、规划、招商、经营管理等方面的问题和缺陷,特别是购物中心的人才匮乏问题。为此,本文将通过对购物中心的招聘现状的分析探索,讨论如何突破行业困境,招聘和发掘出商业地产行业经营管理人才。

Abstract
The development of the shopping center started at the beginning of the 21st century. Learning from international experiences and practical operations step-by-step,more and more investors concerned about the prospects and opportunities of China's commercial real estate market in recent years. The expansion of the shopping center trend is becoming increasingly prominent. The difficulty is not in building a shopping center ,but in its subsequent operation and management, which is the core of the commercial real estate (shopping center). However, due to the immature current commercial real estate industry there exists prevalence of problems and defects in the positioning, planning, investment, operation management issues, especially the lack of talents in the process of rapid development. For this purpose,this paper analyzes  the recruitment status of  the shopping center , discusses how to break the plight of the industry,fosters and discovers management talents in the commercial real estate industry.
