麦当劳中国招聘体系研究


当今世界是一个高度整合、高度竞争全球一体化的社会。在当今社会中,发展的动力,主要来自于竞争,而竞争主要依靠招聘获得的人才的竞争。
 本文通过对麦当劳中国人力资源招聘工作的研究,探索了知名的外资企业人力资源招聘的整个过程。首先,介绍了现代企业人力资源招聘的相关概念,包括招聘的理论和意义及一般的招聘管理流程。其次,分析公司的现状,包括公司的经营状况、组织环境及人力资源管理现状。再次,以招聘理论与方法为理论支持,制定招聘计划,实施吸引策略,通过各种招聘渠道来争取人才。招聘后,麦当劳中国研究总结整个招聘体系,说明了招聘工作整体取得了很好的实施效果。希望能够通过研究,为国内企业从事人力资源工作提供一些参考。

Abstract

Today the world  is the global integration of a highly integrated, highly competitive society.  The main motive force of development is from competition, but competition is mainly aimed at technology and talent competition.Talent competition depends on recruitment.
   In this paper, through the study of the Macdonald China human resources recruitment, we explore the well-known foreign enterprise human resources recruitment process, recruitment strategies, tools and methods of application and recruitment effect. Firstly, it introduced the related concept of human resources recruitment, including recruitment theory and the significance and the general recruitment management process.Secondly ,it made recruiting plan ,implemented strategy of attracting to recruit talents for the   recruitment of theory and method as the theoretical basis  through various recruitment channels.After the recruitment of Chinese studies , Macdonald summed up the recruitment system, illustrates the recruitment achieved good effect. We hope that through research we can provide some reference for the domestic enterprises in the human resources work.
