A公司岗位关键绩效行为影响因素实证研究—从员工满意度角度分析
员工岗位关键绩效行为是员工完成工作任务过程中的有效的行为,这些行为的优劣会导致整个工作任务的绩优或无效。研究岗位关键绩效行为的影响因素对于企业管理意义重大。本论文采取实证研究方法,从员工满意度的角度出发研究A公司员工任务绩效的影响因素,从而间接地得出了员工岗位关键绩效行为的影响因素。最终为A公司提供相应的建议,以便更好地引导、激发公司员工的岗位关键绩效行为,实现公司利润的最大化。

ABSTRACT
The key performances of the staff positions are the effective behaviors that employees act in the process of their work, and these behaviors determine the quality of the entire work tasks. So it is helpful for us to manage enterprise if we know the influencing factors of the key performances of the staff positions. In this thesis, we will research the influencing factors of the task performances of the Company A from the employee satisfaction perspective by the help of empirical research, then we can know the influencing factors of the key performances of the staff positions indirectly.Finally, we can provide some advices for Company A so as to maximize the company's profits through guiding and inspirng the key performances of the staff positions.
