我国经济型酒店员工的高流动率及其对策
随着我国经济的不断发展,酒店行业也得到了快速的发展。要想在经济快速发展的洪流中稳立于社会,并且有所发展,必须要有足以维持酒店经营活动的资源。而在这些资源当中,最重要的就是人力资源。但是近年来,酒店人力资源的开发并不理想,造成酒店员工不断流动,流动率过高。究其原因主要有员工自身方面的问题,酒店管理方面的问题以及市场供求关系方面的问题和社会因素。这些问题的存在给酒店业带来了严重影响,造成了巨大损失。本文拟对造成经济型酒店业员工高流失率的原因进行分析,并针对这些原因提出了一些解决的对策。

Abstract: With the continuous development of China's economy, the hotel industry has been rapid development. Stand in the social order in the torrent of rapid economic development stability, and develop resources must be sufficient to maintain the hotel's operating activities. Among these resources, the most important is the human resources. But in recent years, the hotel's human resources development is not ideal, constant flow causing hotel staff turnover rate is too high. The reason is mainly a problem of its own staff, the hotel management, as well as market supply and demand issues and social factors. The existence of these problems to the hotel industry has a serious impact, resulting in a huge loss. This article intends to analyze the reasons for the high attrition rate in the economy hotel industry employees, and for these reasons put forward some countermeasures to solve.
