五粮液集团薪酬管理问题与对策
在市场经济的大环境下,人力资源成为企业发展的最核心的资源。人力资源是基础,而薪酬管理是关键。本文对五粮液集团的薪酬管理现状,提出问题,提出对策,试图对以五粮液为代表的国有企业完善薪酬管理进行分析与阐述,以改善企业的薪酬管理状况,提升企业的市场竞争力。

Abstract:In a market economy environment, human resources become the core resources of the enterprise development. Human resources is the foundation, and remuneration management is the key. In this paper, the remuneration of the Wuliangye Group management status, ask questions, analyze the causes and trying to Wuliangye restructuring state-owned enterprises in Compensation Management Problems and countermeasures of strengthening compensation management, analysis and elaboration to improve enterprise compensation management enhance their market competitiveness.
