大中型IT企业人本管理机制的分析—基于华为公司的思考
21世纪是一个“适者生存”的时代,国家之间在竞争,企业之间在竞争,而企业员工竞争力的高低直接影响着企业整体竞争力的高低。如今,IT企业的人力资源管理中存在一些弊端,其根本原因在于IT企业中人本管理机制的不健全。所以健全、完善的人本管理机制是保证、提高企业人力资源管理效率的基础和关键所在,人本管理机制的完善和有效性在很大程度上决定了人力资源管理的成效,对于提高企业竞争力具有重要意义。本文从我国IT企业人力资源管理现状入手,以华为公司为例,分析出大中型IT企业中人力资源管理问题与人本管理机制不健全有着密切的联系,阐述了加强和完善人本管理机制是保证人力资源管理的基本途径,并在此基础上提出如何通过加强和完善人本管理机制来提高企业人力资源管理的效力,对提高大中型IT企业人力资源管理效力和整体竞争力有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:  the 21st century is an era of "survival of the fittest", the competition between countries, between enterprises in the competition, and competitiveness of enterprise employees directly affects the enterprise the overall competitiveness of high and low. Now, some disadvantages exist in the IT enterprise human resource management, its basic reason lies in IT enterprises in the management mechanism is not sound. So perfect, perfect humanistic management mechanism, improve the efficiency of enterprise human resources management is the foundation and key, the improvement of the humanistic management mechanism and effectiveness to a great extent, determines the effectiveness of human resource management, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is of great significance. This article from the current situation of IT enterprise human resources management, in huawei company for example, human resource management issues in the analysis of the large and medium-sized IT enterprises is closely related with humanistic management mechanism is not sound, this paper expounds the strengthening and improve the humanistic management mechanism is to ensure that the basic way of human resource management, and on this basis put forward how to strengthen and improve the humanistic management mechanism to improve the effectiveness of the enterprise human resources management, to improve the large and medium-sized IT enterprises human resources management effectiveness and the overall competitiveness has certain reference significance.
