英汉颜色词对比分析

近年来，随着中西交流的不断深入，跨文化交际重要性的不断提升，颜色词在英语和汉语中的文化内涵研究成为跨文化学习中的一个重要部分。虽然数量不多，但是如果不了解颜色词在英汉两种文化中的差异，极容易在跨文化交际中发生交际障碍。掌握英汉颜色词在不同语境中的用法和含义，在英语学习中已经具有一定的现实意义。
本文主要以英汉两种语言环境为基础，通过分析一些常见的颜色词，如黑白红黄蓝绿，在这两种语言中的差异，探讨其差异下所体现出的中西方的不同文化内涵及成因。通过英汉颜色词的对比分析，可以了解到民族的社会价值观，道德观以及文化的民族性和共同性。

A Contrastive Analysis of Color Words in Chinese and English
Abstract: In recent years, with the deepening of exchanges between Chinese and western culture and the ascension of the importance of intercultural communication, people realize the study on color words has inevitably become an important part in in cross-culture communication. Color words are a kind of language which has only taken a small part. If we don’t realize the similarity and diversity of them, we may come into difficulties in the intercultural communication. Thus mastering different usages and connotations of color words in different language environment has a certain practical significance in our English study.
    This paper shows the symbolic meanings and differences of color words between English and Chinese cultures, in terms of black, white, red, yellow, blue and green. And different cultural connotations and reasons in them are also discussed. Through the constructive analysis of color words, we can understand social values and moral values in different nations and the nationality and intercommunity of different cultures.
