小学英语后进生学习主动性的研究

本论文通过对小学英语后进生学习状况的调查研究来提出如何提高小学英语后进生对英语的学习主动性的建议。随着英语在日常生活中重要性的凸显,人们对于英语学习的注重也与日俱增。然而,我们在英语教学过程中还是遇到了许多难题。而在众多难题中最急需我们关注的就是一大群英语学习后进生的涌现。为了更好地完成这篇论文,案例分析法和问卷调查法被运用到了论文里面。这篇论文的理论支持是皮革马利翁效应和马斯洛的人本主义心理学。这篇论文将按以下几个角度展开:小学英语后进生的成因分析;在特定心理因素以及周围环境的影响下小学英语后进生的行为分析;对于如何提高小学英语后进生学习主动性的建议。作者认为只要老师肯用心钻研适当教学方法,所有小学英语后进生的学习主动性都可以被提高;其次,家庭要和学校通力合作,共同激发维护小学英语后进生的学习主动性;最重要的是所有老师都要意识到只有真正做到关心并保护英语后进生的心理状况希望,才可以有效地提高小学英语后进生的学习主动性。希望这篇论文可以为小学英语后进生学习主动性的提高做出一定贡献。

Research for Enhancing Pupil English Underachievers’ Learning Initiative

Abstract: This essay focuses on the investigation of the present study state of pupil English underachievers and then gives out corresponding measures so as to improve primary English underachieves’ learning initiative. As English is getting more and more important in our life, more and more significance have been attached to students’ English acquisition. However, teachers have kept meeting with a lot of problems during the process of teaching. Among which, the increasing number of English underachieves calls for urgent attention. For better conduct the essay, several research methods have been adapted, such as case analysis method, questionnaire method. There are several theoretical supports used, like Pygmalion effect, humanistic theories. To better solve this problem, the essay is conducted from the following aspects: The cause of English underachievers; a brief analysis of English underachievers’ learning behaviors affected by their psychology and surrounding environment; suggestions for improving their learning motivation. And late, it is pointed out that all the English underachievers’ learning initiative can be improved as long as teachers really dedicated to finding appropriate methods. Besides, there should be a close connection and cooperation between families and schools. The most urgent and significant thing is that teachers must be realized that the learning initiative can only be improved when students’ psychology development is given proper protection! The essay is expected to show people the ways in psychological aspects to improve primary English underachievers’ study state and enhance their English learning initiative.
