我国循环经济法律体系的建立与完善

众所周知，环境保护是一项系统工程，也是一项摆在我们面前的艰巨任务，它需要来自于政府和社会公众等各方面的共同努力。只有自觉地遵循经济效益与环境效益和谐发展的规律，承担起环境责任，加强立法，做到有法可依，才能实现经济的循环和谐可持续发展。本文即试图分析我国循环经济发展的现状，结合西方发达国家发展循环经济的实践经验，研究和探讨循环经济法律体系的建立与完善，提出相应的方法对策，以便能为我国相关部门提供一些参照和借鉴，也做抛砖引玉只用，望大家积极提出对循环经济立法的意见和建议。

Abstract:As is known to all, the environmental protection is a system engineering, is also a of the task before us, it needs from the government and social public and so on various aspects together. Only consciously follow economic benefits and environmental benefits the rules of the development of the harmonious, take responsibility for environmental responsibility, strengthen the legislation, should be strengthened.all this, can realize the sustainable development of the harmonious economic cycle. This article is trying to analyze the cyclic economy in China, based on the status of the western developed countries practice of circular economy development experience, studied and discussed circular economy establishing and perfecting the legal system, put forward the corresponding countermeasures method, so as to be able to provide some reference to related departments in our country and the reference, also call do only, looks at everybody made positive of recycling economy legislation comments and Suggestions.
