基于交互式理论的英语口语教学


众所周知,英语在中国是一门非常重要的学科。很多学生能够很好的完成阅读和写作练习, 也有很多学生能够把英语说好,但是这还不足以满足社会对英语交际型人才的需求。从很大一部分程度上来看,这种状况要归因于我国目前英语教学的方法。因为中学应试教育的缘故,很少有老师会重视英语口语的教学;在大学,大多数学生学习英语的唯一目的就是为了通过四、六级或者是专四、专八考试。基于上述这种现状,本文介绍了一种英语口语教学相对较可行的方法——基于交互式理论的英语口语教学,并且介绍了怎样把这一方法付诸于实践。交互式教学模式是对传统教学的改进,以适应社会对学生英语交际能力的要求。本文也探讨了交互式教学模式的特点、教学原则和实现的先决条件,指出它是一种基于交际语言教学理论,以学生为主体、教师为主导的新型教学模式。

Abstract
As is known to all, English is a very important subject in China. Many Chinese students can do English writing and reading tests very well and some of them can speak English well, however, the number of communicative talents can not satisfy the social demand. To some great extent, this situation is owed to the method of English teaching in our country. Few teachers can attach importance to the oral English teaching because of the exam-oriented education in middle school in China. In college, the unique purpose of most students’ English learning is only to pass CET-4, CET-6, TEM-4 or TEM-8. Based on the above situation in oral English teaching, the essay has introduced a more relatively feasible way for the oral English teaching, that is, oral English teaching based on interactive theory, and it has also proposed the idea how teachers put this method into practice. Interactive oral English teaching which is the improvement on the traditional oral English teaching, suits the social request that students can communicate effectively in English. This paper also aims to explore the theoretical basis, teaching principles, and some prerequisite conditions for achieving this method, and states that interactive language teaching is an interaction-based pedagogy, in which students are the center and the teacher is the guidance of the learning.
