如何处理商务谈判中的僵局

随着全球经济的迅猛发展,国家间的贸易活动大幅增加,跨国、跨地区之间的商务合作机会越来越多,商务谈判已成为国家和企业必不可少的经济交往活动。商务谈判的成败,不仅关系到企业的生存与发展,而且也关系到国家经济的发展。但是,谈判并不总是一帆风顺,出现僵局是谈判双方都不愿意看到但又不得不面对的问题。本文从僵局的概念及产生的原因入手,重在探究有效的解决策略,以挽回谈判中的不利局面,终止僵局带来的损失,从而达成双方都能接受的合同。

Abstract
With the fast development of global economy, transnational trade is increasing sharply. Nowadays there are more and more opportunities for business cooperation among countries and regions. Commercial negotiations, therefore, have become the indispensable activities in the schedule of enterprises and units, whose results are closely related to the survival of an enterprise as well as the economic development of a country. However, negotiations don’t always move on smoothly. Negotiators have to be faced with the deadlock, though they are reluctant to come across.
Starting with the concept of deadlock and the factors resulting in it, this thesis mainly intends to make a study on the effective solutions to deadlock in the course of negotiation, providing reference for negotiators to mend the unfavorable case, terminate economic suffer from it so as to reach the final agreement for both parties.
