新课改下初中英语教师角色转换调查研究

“基础教育课程改革”简称“新课程改革”,于1999年开始实施。新课改规定了新的教师角色、教学行为和教学模式,其中教师的角色面临着极大的挑战。面对这样的形势,初中英语教师承受巨大的压力。本文从角色研究出发,对国内外传统教师角色与现代教师角色进行综述,在此基础上定位新课改下初中英语教师应该成为教育教学的研究者、学生学习的合作者以及学生心理健康的指导者。本文通过文献综述、调查问卷、访谈等研究方法,对滨州市部分初中英语教师的教师信念和教师行为,即教师作用观、教学方法观、教学教材观、师德建设、创新能力以及评价方面进行调查, 旨在发现新课改下初中英语教师在这些方面存在的不足,并对教师角色转换方面的问题,即教师教育教学信念、教师专业化水平、科研水平、合作能力等方面给出建议。通过研究发现,新课改下的初中英语教师角色转换并不顺利,还需要教师、学校等各方面的努力,新课改也需要一定的时间才能在教学实践中实现教师角色的顺利转换。

A Survey on the Changes of Junior Middle School English Teachers’ Roles under the New Curriculum Reform
Abstract
New Curriculum Reform, shorting for Basic Education Curriculum Reform was launched in 1999. The new curriculum provides a new concept on the teachers’ roles, teachers’ behaviors and teaching modes, and teachers’ roles are facing great challenges. Confronting with such situation, many English teachers in junior middle school are under great pressure. Based on the previous research of teachers’ role both at home and abroad, this paper analyzes traditional teachers’ role and modern teachers’ role under the New Curriculum Reform. Then the writer orientates junior middle school English teachers' role under the New Curriculum Reform. The writer holds that English teachers in junior middle school should be the researcher of educational teaching, cooperator of students learning and the director of students’ mental health. The main methods in this survey are questionnaire, interview and classroom observation. These methods are used to investigate junior middle school English teachers’ view point on teachers’ function, teaching method and teaching material. The current situation of construction of teachers’ morality, the evaluation approach and teachers' innovation ability are also involved in the investigation. It is designed to find that there is a shortage in these aspects during the process of the change of English teachers' role. At last, the related suggestions will be provided for reference.
