论化妆品商标的翻译策略


随着世界经济一体化进程的加剧,越来越多的企业和商品有机会进入国际市场。商标是了解商品的重要窗口和门户,化妆品商标作为一种特殊的“广告”,是生产者和消费者的“桥梁”,具有至关重要的作用。商标名是商品带给消费者的第一印象,不当的化妆品商标翻译,难以引起消费者的注意,有时甚至引起消费者的反感。因此,加强化妆品商标翻译的研究十分重要。本文首先将对主流化妆品商标翻译的理论进行介绍,其次找出影响化妆品商标翻译的因素,最后提出化妆品商标翻译的原则和翻译方法。

Abstract
As the world economic integration process intensifies, more and more Chinese enterprises and commodities have the opportunity to enter the international market. The trademark is an important tool to understand the products, while cosmetics trademark as a kind of special “advertising” is the “bridge” of producers and consumers, which plays a crucial role. The brand name is the first impression that merchandise brings to consumers, and unsuitable cosmetics brand translation is difficult to cause the attention of consumers, and sometimes even causes the resentment among consumers. Therefore, to strengthen the study of cosmetics trademark translation is very important. This paper first introduces the theories of mainstream cosmetics trademark translation, and then finds out factors affecting the cosmetics trademark translation. Finally, it puts forward the principles of cosmetics trademark translation and the translation methods.
