学前教育是中小学教育的基础,以及终身教育的奠基阶段。中国与英语国家学前教育存在着不同。本文第一部分介绍背景知识,第二部分中国和英语国家的学前教育发展史,第三部分对比中国和英语国家的学前教育,主要对比了组织结构,班级规模,课程内容,课程目标和收费,第四部分介绍产生不同的原因,主要有文化因素和社会环境因素,第五部分介绍对中国学前教育的启示,第六部分总结全文。作者希望有关部门学习英语国家的经验,并结合中国的现实情况发展促进中国学前教育的发展。

A Comparison of Preschool Education between China and English-Speaking Countries

Abstract

Preschool education is the basis of primary and secondary education, as well as the fundamental stage of lifelong education. There are many differences in preschool education between China and English-speaking countries. The first part introduces the background information. The second part introduces the preschool education history of China and English-speaking countries. The third part introduces the comparison of preschool education between China and English-speaking countries. Structure, class patter, course contents, course objectives and charges are compared. The fourth part introduces the reasons of differences, including cultural aspects and social environments. The fifth part introduces implications for the development of Chinese preschool education. The sixth part is conclusion. The author hopes that the relevant institutions should learn from the experience of English-speaking countries, and combine the reality of China's development to promote the development of preschool education in China.
