中英养老文化差异对比研究

目前全球人口老龄化问题已引起世界各国的重视，所以养老保障制度改革成为了各国关注的重要而紧迫的问题。中国作为一个发展中的人口大国，已经步入了老龄化国家的行列，并且这种老龄化趋势越来越大。纵观过去对养老研究的诸多文章多集中于养老制度的改革和养老模式的选择上，关注养老文化的则少而零散，特别是对于中英养老文化的比较则更是甚少。第二，本文主要从伦理观念和家庭结构等方面比较分析中英家庭养老文化的差异.。第三，比较分析中英社会养老文化。最后，本文将试图从养老文化的角度给出一些建议，建立一个中国特色的养老保障体系。

A Comparative Study on the Differences in Endowment Culture between China and UK

Abstract

In the global context of population aging, old-age security system reform has become the focus of an important and urgent issue. China as a big country in the development of the population, has entered the aged society, and the aging is more and more obvious. The past researches on pension reform concentrated more on the pension system and pension mode, than fragmented attention to endowment culture, and the comparison between Sino-UK old-age culture is even more rare. This paper begins with a brief overview of endowment culture, from family and social endowment culture to define its meaning. Second, the paper explains, mainly from the aspects of ethics and family structure, and differences of endowment culture between English and Chinese family is offered. Third, a comparative study of sino-UK social endowment culture is illustrated. Finally, the paper will try to give some recommendations, from endowment culture, to the establishment of the old-age security system with Chinese characteristic.
