美国大学毕业生就业策略对中国大学生就业的借鉴意义

随着各大高校的扩招，毕业生的超常规增长，已经使得大学生就业问题越加严重。高校毕业生是学校向社会输出的宝贵的人才资源。他们的就业问题不仅关系到其自身价值的实现以及最广大人民的利益，而且也关系到社会政治的稳定和全面建设小康社会的全局发展。因此，大学生的就业问题现已成为人们关注的社会焦点问题之一。
   美国的大学生就业指导体系起步早，发展成熟。美国政府、高校及毕业生在美国大学生就业指导中都发挥了积极的作用。本文从中美两国大学生就业的形势、所呈现的特点，所面临的主要问题以及美国对中国的借鉴意义几个方面出发，对当代大学生就业问题进行了深入全面的分析和研究。借鉴美国大学生就业指导工作，对推进中国大学生就业工作具有重大的意义。

The Implication of College Graduates Employment Strategies in U.S.A on the Employment of College Graduates in China
Abstract: With the extraordinary growth of college graduates, the problem of graduate employment has been becoming more and more prominent. College graduates are valuable human resources in China. Their employment problem is not only related to their self-value and the profit of people, but also related to the social and political stability and the overall situation of building a moderately prosperous society. Therefore, the Employment of College Students has become one of the focus problems of social public concern.
The United States is a highly developed market-oriented country. Its obvious characteristics of higher education and employment among college students have also formed a mature system. The measures taken by the United States in promoting the Graduate Employment is very effective. The U.S. government, universities, and the graduates have played a positive role in the American college student’s career guidance. For example, the Government strengthens the macro adjustment and control; Universities and colleges strengthen the employment guidance work and promote quality-education; students enhance the ability of study and alert idea of employment.
Applying the basic principles of administrative science, sociology, psychology and other disciplines, this paper carried out a thorough analysis and research from the status quo of Chinese and American college student’s employment, the character of Chinese and American college student’s employment , and the implication from American graduate guidance aspect. Learning from their experiences and practices in China to promote the Graduate Employment has a positive meaning.
