小学课堂师生沟通现状调查与对策研究

课堂中的师生沟通是联结教与学的中间环节，也是实现教学目标的重要手段。笔者针对小学课堂中的师生沟通现状，对杭州市三所小学展开调查，通过调查发现学生对当前师生沟通现状满意程度欠佳，教师的沟通能力与表达水平也有待进一步提高，因此对存在的现状进行原因分析并提出相应的策略。

Teacher and student communication in the classroom is the joint teaches with study the middle link, also realizes the teaching goal important method. Author's communicates the present situation in view of elementary school classroom in teachers and students, launches the investigation to the Hangzhou three elementary schools, through the investigation discovered the student communicates present situation satisfaction to the current teachers and students unsatisfactory, teacher's communication ability and the expression level also wait for further enhance, therefore carries on the reason to the existence present situation to analyze and to propose the corresponding strategy.
