网络环境下大学生英语自主学习现状及对策研究---以xx学院为例


随着科学技术的不断进步,计算机网络的日趋普及,特别是网络多媒体技术的快速发展,正在影响和改变着我们现有的学习方式和思维方式,使网络应用于外语学习成为可能。网络技术的迅速发展,为当今学生的学习模式提供了更多选择。使网络应用于外语学习,改进学习方法,提高学习质量成为可能,也使自主学习成为当今教育研究的一个重要主题。发展学生在网络环境下的英语自主学习能力是大学英语教学改革的重点之一, 而网络环境下大学生自主学习英语需要大学生有强烈的自主意识。
本课题通过问卷调查、访谈和观察,以中国计量学院为例,理论与实际相结合,从多方面分析影响大学生英语自主学习能力发展的原因,并分析对策,提出学校应创建与完善网络教育平台,教师应转变角色,以学生为中心,要培养学生自主学习的能力。学生应该制定正确的学习策略。以期对本校的英语教学提出借鉴。

Research on Current Situation of Net-based College Students’ Autonomous English Learning and Its Suggested Strategies---A Case Study of CJLU

Abstract: Nowadays, with the continuous progress of science and technology, computer network has become increasingly popular. The rapid development of multimedia technology is affecting and changing our current ways of learning and thinking which makes it possible that the network is used in foreign language learning. The rapid development of network technology provides today’s students more choices of learning models. It also makes it possible that the students improve language learning methods and the quality of learning for the networks applied to language learning. As a result, autonomous learning becomes a major theme of today’s educational research. Developing students’ autonomous English learning ability in a network environment is one of the priorities of the college English teaching reform. The net-based students’ autonomous English learning requires students to have a strong sense of self-awareness.
This paper takes China Jiliang University as an example through questionnaires, interviews and observation and integrates theory and practice. It analyzes the reasons which affect the development of college students’ autonomous English learning ability from various aspects. Besides the analyzing the reasons of the concerning problems, the paper also provides some possible solutions. It proposes that schools should create and improve the network education platform, teachers should change its role and develop the students’ autonomous learning abilities and students should develop positive learning strategy. The author hopes it will have a certain reference on English teaching in China Jiliang University.
