脱口秀，美式英语中称为Talk Show ，中文名字脱口秀是其英文的音译，指的是一种观众聚集在一起讨论主持人提出的话题的广播或电视节目。所以，一个脱口秀主持人如何能够在节目中产生艺术魅力吸引并赢得观众，个性与风格就起到了至关重要的作用。本文对比中美两国电视节目脱口秀主持人的个例，对他们差异、个性及风格问题进行探讨。

    Abstract: Talk show,came from the American English transliteration,is a kind of radio or TV programme that audiences gather together to discuss topics the host gave. So,how can a talk show host produce artistic charm in the programme to attract audiences,personality and hosting style play a crucial role.This essay will discuss on the hosting personality and style with the comparison of famous Chinese and American talk shows.
Any talk show programme,from the view of TV industry,audience ratings can only be dedicated to the programme that can hit the audience.Long-last ratings not only mean that topics are close to audiences’ flavor,but also audiences’ reception and affirmation on his or her ability ,expressive force,personality and hosting style.With talk shows are now emerging in endlessly but a flash in a the pan,how and what can Chinese talk shows learn from American talk shows,how to develop Chinese talk shows, is what it is talking about.
