中西方葡萄酒文化对比分析

随着社会历史的发展，酒已经深入人们的物质及精神生活。酒被认为是酒神赐予人们的礼物，在人们日常的交际生活中起着重要作用，它融会贯通了人们生活和人际交往的各个方面，而作为酒文化重要组成部分的葡萄酒文化同样源远流长，博大精深，具有丰富的内涵。葡萄酒作为一个既传承历史又通向未来的道具是一个我们值得我们认真研究的课题。由于生活环境，历史背景，价值观念, 思维模式的不同,葡萄酒文化作为一种深刻的文化现象，也在中西方之间有着不同的内涵，有着风格迥异的特性。本文的目的是通过对中西方葡萄酒文化进行对比研究，以探寻产生这些差异的因素。从而促进跨文化交际中文化双方的相互理解，相互尊重。

Comparison of the Wine Culture
 between China and Western Countries

Abstract

With the development of society and history, wine roots deeply in material and spiritual life of human being. The alcoholic beverage is considered as the gift given by the god of wine. Alcoholic beverage plays an important role in people’s daily, and it combines people’s lives and interpersonal communication in all aspects. Wine culture, as an important part of alcoholic culture, has long history and profound an extensive implication. As a linker of inheriting history and leading to the future, wine is an article that deserves our earnest study. Because of the difference of living environment, historical background traditions, values and thinking mode, wine culture has a different connotation in different regions and shows the characteristics of disparate style as a kind of profound cultural phenomenon. This paper is to make a contrastive study on the differences in wine culture between China and western countries, and to explore the underlying cultural factors contributing to these differences to enhance deep understanding of both alien and native cultures and develop mutual respect between them.
