冰山理论对大学生跨文化交际心理的启示

A STUDY ON THE PSYCHOLOGY OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS’ CROSS-CULTURAL COMMUNICATIONS BASED ON ICEBERG THEORY

Abstract: With the development of globalization, cross-cultural communication becomes more and more important. As the main group of cross-cultural communication, university students should pay attention to the ability of cross-cultural communication. According to the iceberg theory, the vast majority of human psychological behavior is below the invisible iceberg, and it is just the invisible part that determines human behavior. In order to conduct successful cross-cultural communication, importance should be attached to human’s psychological factors especially psychological barriers which are easily to be ignored.  The present paper，focusing on psychological aspect，aims to study cross-cultural communication on the basis of a cross-cultural communication questionnaire and tries to find ways to reduce psychology barriers for university students.

冰山理论对大学生跨文化交际心理的启示
摘要：随着全球化的发展，跨国交流的日益频繁，跨文化交际素质将成为未来社会竞争的一项重要素质，大学生作为跨文化交际的主要人才，开发潜能挖掘自己的跨文化交际能力将成为未来社会竞争的一大优势。本论文从冰山理论出发，通过对人们常常重视冰山上跨文化知识和技能的培养，而忽视跨文化交际冰山下更为重要的心理素质培养的现象分析，用问卷调查的方式从心理层面出发探讨大学生常遇到的心理障碍，并探索如何提高大学生的跨文化交际能力。
