《她乡》中的女性主义解读

 夏洛特•帕金斯•吉尔曼(1860-1935)是第一波女权主义运动浪潮中的重要作家、理论家和社会学家，是19世纪末20世纪初最有影响力的女权主义者之一，在上世纪70年代被“重新发现”后重回经典作家之位。《她乡》做为吉尔曼女性主义的核心作品具有重要的研究意义和价值。
论文选取了吉尔曼的《她乡》作为研究基础，探索分析小说中的两性关系及女性的社会生活。
论文借由描绘《她乡》中的美好世界及现实世界的混沌，揭示了男权制度的罪行，号召女性走出“家庭集中营”的束缚，使女性能够自主充分的提升自我，实现其作为社会人的价值。

A Feminism Interpretation in Herland

Abstract

Charlotte Perkins Gilman (1860-1935) is an important writer, theorist and socialist as well as one of the most important feminists in the first wave feminist movement. She fell into the classic novelists until she was rediscovered in 1970s. As a representative feminism work of Charlotte Perkins Gilman, Herland deserves a specific study for her important research value.
Based on Herland, this thesis will try to analyse the Gender Relationship and the feminie’s social life in the novel.    
Through depicting the beauty world of Herland and the chaos of the real society, revealing the crime of institutional feminist. Gilman advocates female to get out of the shackles of family “concentration camp”, to improve themselves fully and independently and achieve their values as the social individual.
