通过《雾都孤儿》看狄更斯的仁爱思想

古今中外，仁爱思想一直是人们耳熟能详的词。在治理国家，社会管理以及调节人与人关系上发挥着重要作用。该篇论文通过分析《雾都孤儿》中正反俩方面的人物以及故事发生的环境，论述了这部作品狄更斯的仁爱思想，并进一步分析了狄更斯的仁爱思想，包括它对当时社会的影响及对现在社会的影响。这篇论文第一部分简单介绍了作者狄更斯及这部作品的故事情节。第二部分论述了狄更斯仁爱思想的来源，包括作者自身原因及当时社会环境。第三部分分三个部分：首先分析了小说中的正面人物，通过对弱小，善良的人的同情，体现出了狄更斯的仁爱思想；其次分析了反面人物，通过对反面人物的同情，体现了狄更斯的仁爱思想；最后对环境描写的分析，说明了狄更斯的仁爱思想。第四部分分析了狄更斯仁爱思想的影响，包括对当时社会以及现代社会的影响。最后一部人分析了狄更斯仁爱思想的局限性。

The Analysis of Dickens' Benevolence in Oliver Twist

Abstract

     From the ancient times to now, benevolence is often heard and well remembered by people both at home and abroad. It plays an important role in the governance of the country, social management and harmonizes the relation between people. This paper is to discuss Dickens' benevolence from three aspects: the description of the positive characters, the description of the negative characters and the description of the environment. Furthermore,it is to be analyzed the influence of Dickens' benevolence on the society at that time and on modern society. In this thesis, the first part briefly introduces the author and the plot of this novel. The second part discusses the origin of Dickens' benevolence, including the author's own reason and the social environment at that time. The third part is divided into three parts: the first part is the the description of the positive characters of the novel, showing the sympathy to good and weak people to reflect Dickens' benevolence; The second part is the analysis of the villain, showing the despite to the villains to reflect Dickens' benevolence; finally,the description of environment explains Dickens’ benevolence. The fourth part analyzes the influence of Dickens' benevolence on society, including the influence on the society in which Dickens lives in and on the current society. The last part analyzes the limitation of Dickens' benevolence.
