    随着政治，经济和文化的全球化发展，而体育事业也在蓬勃发展，篮球是中国的一种受人喜爱的运动。NBA毫无疑问是篮球发展的产物，同时它也是一面反应着美国多元文化的镜子。NBA体制内各种肤色的人、相同肤色却来自不同文化的人共同发展、共同繁荣让人赞叹。NBA是一个多方角度展现美国文化的载体。通过探索和了解NBA中所蕴含的多元文化要质及其之于NBA存在和发展的价值，从而加深对NBA中美国多元文化要质的了解，推动东西文化交流向更广泛、更深刻的方向发展

Abstract
As the globalization of politics，economic and culture, basketball is one of our favorite sports ,it becomes more and more popular, and gets a great improvement. There is no doubt that the NBA is the product of basketball development and it’s a mirror which reflects the multicultural elements of America. There are many different colors of skin people in NBA and the same skin color people come from different country. Their common development and common prosperity is amazing. NBA is a media to show the American multicultural elements. To analyze the multicultural elements in NBA, we will learn more knowledge about multicultural elements of America. It can help people with different cultures to communicate more effectively and to enhance mutual understanding, and promote cultural interchange to a broader and more profound direction.
