饮食是人们生活必不可少的,在西方也不例外。饮食文化是民族文化的重要组成部分。 21世纪,全球化,跨文化交际的过程中变得日益频繁,东西方文化的交流饮食文化已成为最基本的内容。然而,与西方的价值观不同,由于长期的生活环境,习俗
,东西方形成了各自不同的饮食文化。从而导致翻译错误,导致西方人在文化交换的过程中,有时会产生一些误解。
作者希望通过本文的研究能引起人们对中西文化差异和中式菜名翻译的重视,从而更好的传播中国饮食文化.

On Chinese Dish Names Translation from the Perspective of Cultural Differences 
Abstract
Diet is essential for people to live. In the West,it’s no exception. Food culture is an important part of national culture. As the process of globalization in the 21st century,  intercultural communication has become frequent,  in which East-West cultural exchange food culture has become the most basic content. However,  due to the long-standing living environment,  customs,  values which are different from the Western form in their different food culture. Because of this,  in the process of exchange,  translation errors appears, resulting in some misunderstandings.
The author hopes that through the study of this paper,  more and more attention will be paid to the Chinese and Western cultural differences and the translation of Chinese dish names. Thus it can promote the circulation of Chinese cuisine culture.
