浅谈《雪夜林边驻脚》中的象征主义

罗伯特•弗洛斯特是美国文学史上一位璀璨的明星，是美国20世纪最伟大最优秀的诗人之一。
弗洛斯特诗歌的特点是朴实无华，清新质朴，将深刻的哲理和丰富的内涵寓于平淡的诗歌语言中，读者可以从不同的角度来理解诗歌中蕴含的哲理。此外，弗洛斯特还善于运用象征主义。他诗中的意象往往是一些自然景色，如树林，每一个景色都有其象征意义。这种手法的运用可以使诗歌更加形象生动，避免直抒胸臆，富有含蓄美，增强了诗歌的感染力。尤其诗中“但我还有诺言要遵守”一句更是脍炙人口。
象征主义是弗洛斯特诗歌中经常使用的手法，使其诗歌中简单的景色富含深层的含义。本文从象征主义的角度出发，介绍讨论象征主义的概念以及在本诗中的运用。

Abstract
Robert Frost was a bright star in American Literature, and he was one of the greatest and excellent poets in 20th century.
The features of his poems were simple and plain, applying profound meaning to the simple language. Readers could appreciate his poems in different aspects. Besides, Symbolism was often used in his poems. Much natural scenery appeared frequently as images, like “woods”, each scene had its symbolic meaning. By using symbolism, poetry will be more vivid and lively, containing the beauty of connotation, enhancing the power of appeal. And the sentence “but I have promises to keep” was extremely popular among the readers.
Symbolism was the most frequent rhetoric that was applied in the poems of Frost, endowing the simple scenery full of deep meaning. This paper started from the perspective of symbolism, continuing to introduce and discuss the concept of symbolism and the application in this poem Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening.
