西方节日在中国盛行之现象研究

众所周知，当代社会是一个多元化的社会，信息爆炸，通讯发达，文化的交融进入了光速时代。随着社会的发展，中西文化交流势不可挡，作为文化重要组成部分的节日文化的交流融合理所当然，自然而然。随着中国政治,经济,外交事业的发展尤其是加入WTO之后，在许多中西文化水乳交融和剧烈碰撞的城市里，西方文化理念和东方传统文化道德在人们日常生活中逐渐融合，并在更大范围内扩展开来。受了西方文化理念影响的人们开始欢天喜地过起了西方节日。
本文从西方节日在中国极为盛行的现象展开讨论，研究西方节日在中国盛行的缘由和背景因素。从宏观来看,开放的政治环境,快速的经济增长,多元的文化生态,交融的全球传播对洋节的盛行起了催化剂的作用。从微观来说,媒体的报道和商家的炒作则对洋节热起到了推波助澜的作用。本文将正确分析西方节日在中国盛行的原因，从而使人们正确地认识西方节日，不盲目地把节日变成购物节、吃喝节等等，忽视其本身的文化意义。

The Research on the Popularity of Western Festivals in China
Abstract: It’s known to all that contemporary society is a diverse society. We face with information-explosion, developed communication technology, high-speed blend of rich culture etc. social phenomena. With the social development, the cultural exchange between China and west is overwhelming. Festival culture，as an important part of culture, the cultural exchange and integration are automatic. With China's political, economic, and diplomatic development, especially after the accession to WTO, western cultural notion and eastern traditional culture gradually integrate into people's daily life and expand in larger area in many cities where Chinese and Western culture blend harmoniously and clash dramatically. Affected by the notion of western culture, Chinese people began to enjoy the western festivals.
And this paper is a discussion about the causes and the correct attitude that people should have for the pounding of western festivals at the traditional Chinese ones. From the macro-view, democratic and free political environment, rapid economic growth, multicultural education, global communication all have catalytic actions for the prevalence of western festivals. From the micro-view, media coverage and the speculation of merchants also add fuel to the fire. We have to take measures to find the real causes and guide people to celebrate the western festivals with a correct attitude. We should not ignore the significance of western culture and blindly turn the western festivals into shopping, eating and drinking festivals.
