论渣打银行独特的企业文化

渣打银行最早进入中国市场。近10年来,渣打银行一直坚持履行社会责任,专注发展各种公益项目,为在中国市场的发展奠定了良好的声誉。与其他公司不同,渣打银行针对中国市场的特点设计了适合中国的企业管理模式,坚持以“一心做好,始终如一”的管理理念为中国百姓服务。本文总结了渣打银行“以人为本”的独特企业文化和具有中国特色的管理模式,以其积极参与社会公益活动的成功案例为佐证,对比了国内企业在企业文化上存在的不足和空喊口号没有实践经验等问题,以期对国有企业提供有益借鉴。

Abstract

Over the past decade, Standard Chartered Bank, the first of its kind to enter the Chinese market, has been sticking to the fulfillment of social responsibility and focusing on the development of a host of public welfare projects, both of which have laid a good reputation for its development on the Chinese market. Unlike other companies, Standard Chartered Bank has already designed applicable management mode based on the local characteristics of Chinese market while adhering to the provision of “Here for good” service for the Chinese people. This paper, by summarizing the “people-oriented” unique corporate culture and the management mode with Chinese characteristics of the Standard Chartered Bank with convincing examples of its active participation in social public welfare activities, highlights the limitations of the Chinese enterprise culture in general in the hope of providing beneficial reference for our state-owned enterprises.
