论英文歌词的翻译策略

歌词翻译具有文学翻译的特质，他不只是以实体，概念为媒介的语际符号转化，更是译者在特定文化语境喜爱的创造性的“叛逆”，史译者在译入文化语境中进行的再创造过程，具有独特的翻译策略。本文主要从三方面对歌词翻译策略进行论述。首先，文章回顾了我国英语歌词翻译的研究现状。其次，文章着重探讨英汉歌词翻译的策略，重点阐述了歌词翻译应该在准确理解英文歌曲的歌词基础上，考虑歌词的韵律，创作背景等要素，灵活的采取不同的译法进行歌曲的翻译及再创作。最后，得出本文结论，歌词翻译是一种目的行为，因此，译者英具备较高的苏浙及能力，在翻译过程种充分发挥创造性，创造出月儿动听的艺术佳品。

Abstract

Lyrics translation has the characteristics of literary translation, it is not only the translation of the interlingual sign based on the medium of an entity and the concept, but also the creative rebellion of the translator in the specific cultural context. It is the re-creation process of the translator in the context of target language, which has a unique translation strategy.The paper carries out the research from three parts. First, the paper demonstrates the status quo of study of English songs in China. Second the paper focuses on the strategies of lyrics translation. Considering the restriction of rhyme, the background of the song, etc, many different translation techniques should be flexibly applied in the translation. The paper comes to reach a conclusion as follows: translating lyrics is a type of purposeful activity. Hence, the translator should equip himself with certain responsibilities, and endeavor to adapt lyrics to music appropriately with creativity.
