跨文化交际中的语用失误分析
随着经济全球化的快速发展，世界缩紧为一个地球村。各国的经济联系日益密切，政治交流日益频繁，尤其是贸易和旅游业的发展，使跨文化交际越来越成为当今世界最重要的活动。中国在实行改革开放政策之后，越来越多的中国人和中国企业开始走出国门走向世界，同时，外国人也越来越重视与中国的交往。在跨文化交际过程中，由于历史文化背景不尽相同，经常会出现语用失误的现象。有的语用失误无伤大雅，有的却严重阻碍了交际的顺利进行。笔者希望通过本篇论文，使更多的人开始重视跨文化交际中的语用失误，提高文化意识和语用意识。
本文主要着眼于言语交际中的语用失误现象，分析目标为中国英语学习者与英语国家的人们之间进行的交际。
本篇论文主要分为五个部分：
第一部分，引言，介绍当前的研究背景以及研究意义。
第二部分，关于语用失误的基本知识，其中包括语用失误的定义以及对语用失误进行的分类，在斟酌分类的基础上附以简单的例证以做到一目了然。
第三部分，阐述关于文化，跨文化，跨文化交际的相关内容。并说明跨文化交际中语用失误会产生的后果。丰富主线。
第四部分，分析跨文化交际中产生语用失误的原因以及应对措施。
第五部分，结论。总结全文观点，分析文章的局限性，提出未来深入研究的必要性。

An Analysis on Pragmatic Failure in Cross-cultural Communication
Abstract: With the development of economic globalization, links between the countries in the world are being increasingly close. Since the reform and opening-up policy was put forward in 1978, China has undergone enormous changes. More and more Chinese people march into the world attending into cross-cultural communication. At the same time, cross-border cooperation is seen everywhere. That’s to say, communication between different cultures is of great significance in the present era.
This thesis will analyze deeply about pragmatic failure in cross-cultural communication. But, the study about pragmatics in cross-cultural communication is too broad and complex to analyze. So the author will explore from the perspective of verbal communication. In the meantime, this thesis will focus on the communications conducted by Chinese and people who speak English.
The thesis is divided into five parts. This paper begins with the introduction, which explains the research background and significance of the study. The second section is some basic knowledge about pragmatic failure such as the definition and classifications emphasizing on the two types of pragmatic failure. Next part, it comes to the viewpoints of culture, cross-culture and the consequence of pragmatic failure in cross-cultural communication. The following part is about causes and countermeasures against the pragmatic failure, which is the most meaningful parts. In the last part, there is a conclusion about this whole passage.
