英汉否定概念的对比与翻译

否定现象是人类语言共有的特征。但基于人类不同的生活背景、生产方式、思维习惯，人们表达否定意义的方式不尽相同。否定概念在语言交际中占有十分重要的位置，因而历来是语言研究者重要的研究课题。本文综合了普通语言学、翻译、文学等几个领域的知识，从理论和翻译两个角度研究否定，分析英汉否定的差异，从形式和意义两个层面对各种否定现象进行分析和综合，开展对比研究。从而比较了两种语言的否定在词素、词、词组、句子的层面上的异同，从中找出否定句的英译汉，汉译英过程中常用的翻译策略。

Abstract
Negation, a universal phenomenon in all languages, is varied from country to country because of different life backgrounds, life styles and thinking modes. Negation occupies an important position in linguistic communication; therefore, the study of negation has been an important topic for linguists for a long time. This paper does the research work from both theoretical and empirical perspectives, by integrating various branches of linguistics, like general linguistics, contrastive linguistics, with translation, as well as literature. This paper analyzes the differences of negation between English and Chinese, carries out a contrastive study of negation between English and Chinese, as well as their respective translation in the other language. The paper compares negative structures of the two languages on the morphological, lexical, phrasal, and syntactic levels, in order that the similarities and differences can be found. The paper has put forward suggestions about the interlingual translation techniques of negation structures.
