Abstract
McKinsey & Company is the world’s largest management consulting company whose mission is to help preeminent enterprises and organizations make significant and lasting improvements to their business performance and create excellent organizations being able to attract, cultivate and stimulate the talents. Based on effective working methods and efficient execution, McKinsey has developed better and better. By learning McKinsey's outstanding working methods, either companies or individuals can greatly improve efficiency and effectiveness. Both its excellent team and sophisticated management have contributed to the company’s market strategy to become a model, which is worth learning. This paper systematically introduces and analyzes the company’s values and its successful marketing strategy, aiming to give some management inspiration to similar domestic enterprises and individuals.
