摘  要
  本文是对天津港箱货公司这样一个比较典型的港口物流企业实施人力资源开发的管理应用案例。在充分把握该企业的发展背景和管理特点以后,本文比较深入地分析了人力资源现状,把握了人力资源开发机制和员工素质情况,明确了实施人力资源开发在公司经营活动中的重要地位和作用。接着,从天津港箱货公司在人力资源开发方面存在的问题入手进行了比较详细地分析。在分析问题的基础上,提出了解决问题的具体方案,方案的一个重要方面是制定科学地人力资源开发机制。通过人力资源开发性实践,天津港箱货公司无论是管理理念还是工作业绩都有了一定的进步,人力资源状况更趋合理,员工素质得到明显的改善。本文最后进行了必要的总结。
