非营利组织战略管理研究——以xx城社工服务站为例

摘　要
随着社会进步，非营利组织的活动领域已涉及教育、科技、文化、卫生、劳动、民政、体育、社区、环保、公益、慈善、农村专业经济等社会生活的各个领域，是社会建设和社会管理的重要力量。对一个非营利组织来说，所面临的是各种各样的挑战和机遇。战略管理可以使一个组织采取积极有效的措施来迎接这些机遇和挑战。成功的战略管理让组织能够由被动转为主动，由消极转积极，由盲目转为有计划。
在中国，少数非营利组织中的佼佼者成功运用了战略管理，并取得了良好成效，但在多数非营利组织的内部和外部仍然存在许多问题。如战略设计不规范、组织结构与战略实施要求不匹配、战略评估缺失等。为了更好的进行非营利组织的战略管理，促进我国非营利组织的发展，可以通过建立完善的战略设计体系、清晰的组织结构、明确的部门责任、健全的战略评估机制等途径，更好的规范我国非营利组织战略管理。

Abstract
been involved in education, science and technology, culture, public health, labor, civil affairs, sports, community, environmental protection and public welfare, charities, rural professional economic and social life in all areas, is the social construction and social management important strength. For a nonprofit organization, it has faced all kinds of challenges and opportunities. Strategic management can make a organizations to take effective measures to meet these challenges and opportunities.There are many opportunities and challenges for non-profit organization. In order to take positive and  effective measures,organization should implement strategic management．
In China, the minority leader in the successful application of the nonprofit organization of strategic management, and achieved good results, but in most nonprofits internal and external still exist many problems. Such as strategic design is not standard, organization structure and strategic implementation requirement not matching, lack of strategic evaluation, etc. In order to better for non-profit organizations, and promote the strategic management in China, the development of NPO within the Green City Social Work Service Station strategic management problem analysis, has proposed establishing perfect strategic design system, perfecting the organization structure, clear department responsibility, through adopting countermeasures such as these countermeasures of improving our better nonprofit organization's strategic management.
