摘 要

培训作为人力资源管理的一项重要职能,在市场经济日益发达,竞争日益激烈的今天被视为一个企业赢得竞争优势,实现企业经营管理目标,参与知识经济时代竞争的根本保证和必然选择。它不仅是一种提高员工知识和技能的手段 ,更是一种强化员工归属感、凝聚力、向心力的重要方式,是一个企业管理水平的重要体现。
在知识经济的时代,人力资源作为企业的一种战略性资源已成为市场竞争的核心所在,其数量和质量结构直接决定着企业竞争优势,关系着企业的生存和发展。基于企业的总体发展战略和长远发展要求,必须要切实的从人力资源开发与发展的角度认识培训、重视培训、进行培训,克服培训工作中的误区,使培训工作真正的发挥出整合企业资源,提高企业竞争力的作用,构建科学化、规范化、系统化的员工培训机制。

ABSTRACT
