政治文明建设和公众舆论

摘   要
公众舆论是人类社会进入文明阶段的产物，它与人类政治文明的发展有着紧密的联系，它对政治生活的影响正逐渐增大，但是，公众舆论在我国政治文明建设进程中的发展也存在诸多的矛盾和问题，例如法律法规不健全，公民监督意识薄弱，政府信息不对称等，这些问题都不利于我国政治文明建设的顺利进行，我们必须对公众舆论与政治文明的关系做出客观的分析和研究，通过各种手段保证我国的公众舆论在社会主义政治文明的轨道上运行。

Abstract
Public opinion is a product of the human society as it enters the stage of civilization. It is closely linked to the development of human political civilization, and its impacts on political life are gradually increased as well. However, many contradictions and problems such as deficient laws and regulations, citizen s’ weak sense of supervision and consciousness, and asymmetry of government information, etc, from public opinion exist in the process of construction of the Chinese political civilization. Moreover, all of these problems discourage the smooth progress of Chinese political civilization structure. We must make an objective analysis and study on the relationship between public opinion and political civilization, and ensure our country’s public opinion be in the right track of socialist political civilization through a variety of means.
