在京留学生就业和社会保障调查与分析
摘要
随着中国对外开放全面格局的形成，来京留学的国外学子越来越多，北京已经成为世界各国学子们来华留学的首选城市之一。目前北京的外国留学生已有十余万人，而且在未来几年将呈现持续增长的趋势，在京留学生已经成为北京市一个不可忽视的重要群体。但是从相关方面的数据分析，在对于在京留学生管理制度方面，现如今政府还未给予足够的重视。
本文针对对外经济贸易大学等三所高校的留学生随即发放调查问卷，从在京留学生就业和社会保障的现状入手，分析外国留学生们在校期间兼职就业、全职就业过程中遭遇的各种困难与问题，以及对在京留学生们就业环境、社会保险、员工培训、社会保障、大环境满意程度等方面的提问，了解北京市现如今针对留学生群体社会保障方面已有的制度和管理经验，并提出笔者在此方面的观点与建议。

The Investigation and Analysis of International Students’ Employment and Social Security
in Beijing
ABSTRACT
With the formation of China's opening-round，more and more international students come to study in Beijing. Furthermore, Beijing has become one of the most popular cities for foreign students to choose in the world. At the moment, the number of international students in Beijing has reached to more than 10,000 and it will get larger and larger, so that they should not be neglected. However, with the analysis of relevant statistics, the government has not put so much attention to the management regulation of international students in Beijing.This essay focuses on the investigation and surveys of international students in 3 academies of Beijing and proceeds with the circumstances about the employment and social security of these students. It analyzes different kinds of problems and obstacles international students meet when they get their part-time jobs and occupations. What’s more, it enquires about employment environment, social assurance, employees training, social security and the degree of macro environment contentment. Present regulation and management experience in the aspect of international students’ employment and social security will be acknowledged of in this essay and the writer is going to show her unique opinions and make some constructive suggestions.
