高职高专毕业生就业的现状、问题及对策研究
摘 要
进入21世纪我国高等教育实现了由“精英化”高等教育向“大众化”高等教育的战略转变，随着“大众化”教育时代的来临，大学生就业难的问题成为了21世纪学生及家长乃至全社会普遍关注的“难点”、“热点”问题，而其中高职高专大学生就业状况令人堪忧。高职高专教育是现代教育的重要组成部分，是工业化和生产社会化、现代化的重要支柱，高职高专大学生就业状况直接决定高职高专教育的可持续发展。
论文分4个部分。
第一部分：论文相关概念的介绍。对“高职高专”、“就业市场”、“高职高专大学生就业”三个概念进行详细的介绍，为论文的研究做了基础。
第二部分：我国高职高专毕业生就业现状。具体分析了近年来我国高职高专毕业生的就业情况，并从社会角度列出了存在的相关问题。
第三部分：我国高职高专毕业生就业现状的原因分析。分别从职业教育机构和学生自身两个方面做了深入的分析。
第四部分：促进高职高专毕业生就业的对策。主要针对第三部分分析出来的原因，提出了一些解决的方法和建议。
在论文的结束语部分，旗帜鲜明地表达了自己的观点：只有多方共同努力，协调发展，才能真正使高职毕业生就业难问题得到最终解决，并取得标本兼治、良性发展的效果。

Abstract

Part II: Employment of College Graduates in China. Detailed analysis of our profession and recent graduates from social status, points out the existing problems.
Part III: Employment of the Graduates of Vocational and Technical Analysis. Separately from vocational education institutions and students themselves have done two in-depth analysis
Part IV: Strategies for Employment of College Graduates. Out for the third part of the main reasons put forward some solutions and recommendations.
In the concluding part thesis, unequivocally expressed their own point of view only the concerted efforts and coordinated development, vocational graduates can really make the final difficult issues have been resolved, and made tackling the problem, the effect of sound development.
