城市社区养老模式探析---以中山市为例

摘要
随着我国人口老龄化的加剧，养老问题已成为我国社会生活中一个不容忽视的问题。然而由于家庭结构的变化，统的家庭养老和社会养老己经不能适应我国目前的形势的需要，社区的发展使其逐渐成为各种服务的依托和载体，在此条件下，社区服务在养老中的地位变得越来越重要，城市社区养老模式也随之蓬勃的发展起来。本文选择了以中山市为例来对中国城市社区养老模式进行研究分析，并对中山市的社区养老服务需求意向方面的问题进行了调查，从老年人需求和社区养老服务之间存在的差距入手，对中山市社区养老模式的现存问题提出相关对策。作为我国首批的全国文明城市，又是历史名城的中山，要把城市社区养老模式建设放在民生问题建设的重要位置之一。要建设好中山市的社区养老模式，可以从转变养老观念入手，同时政府要明确自身的定位，作为社区自身要加强建设完善服务，可以适当的引入民间组织，加强市民自身对社区建设的参与和自我管理。目前建立一个统一的社区养老体系，完善社会保障制度和社区建设的合理选择。社区发展在个人与社会发展中的作用日益突显，对我国推进现代化及建立和谐社会起到重要的作用。

Select this article to Zhongshan City pension mode of urban communities, and Zhongshan City, the community care service preferences of aspects of the investigation the gaps between the needs of older persons and community care service to start countermeasures, the existing problems of the community care model in Zhongshan. As China's first batch of national civilized city, is one of the historic city of Zhongshan to urban communities, pension model building on livelihood issues, the construction of an important position. To build Zhongshan City, the community care model, you can start from the transformation of old-age concept, while the government to clarify its position as the communities themselves to strengthen the construction of perfect service, it is appropriate to introduce civil society organizations, to strengthen the people's own participation in community building and self-management. The establishment of a unified community care system, a reasonable choice to improve the social security system and community building.
