中山市专业镇经济发展中的政府责任

摘要

本论文主要阐述政府作用在专业镇经济发展中要有一个合适的定位，在发展初期积极介入并在客观条件具备时淡出。具有区域特色经济的产业集群已成为中山经济发展的重要力量，探析中山产业集群存在的问题及发展方向，对中山实施产业强市具有现实意义。在促成专业镇向团队进一步发展时政府的努力方向是营造向心力，成立协调机构，强调和谐科学发展，促进和美中山建设和发展。专业镇建设发展是社会，经济，区域等的协调发展，对其研究可以丰富相关研究内容，并推动学科之间融合发展。同时通过研究中山几个最具特色的专业镇区小榄、沙溪、古镇在专业镇经济发展中存在产业升级和技术创新等一些突出问题。三地镇政府各自出台相应对策来推动当地专业镇经济的发展，加快转型升级，不断加深对产业集群的转型升级。在当地政府的正确引导下，和谐发展，不断走向规模化经营，促进了当地专业镇经济的发展。

Professional town construction development is the social, economic, regional coordinated development, the research can enrich the research content, and promote the integration between the development of discipline. At the same time, through the study of several of Zhongshan's most distinctive professional town Xiaolan, Shaxi, town in the special town economy development in industrial upgrading and technological innovation and some outstanding problems. Three town government publishs corresponding to respective measures to promote the local economic development of specialized towns, accelerate the transformation and upgrading, deepening of industrial cluster upgrading.
