摘  要


    随着经济的发展和企业管理的规范化和科学化,人力资源已向人们展示出了巨大的作用和潜力,人力资源在一切资源要素中的核心地位也已被证明。在经济全球化和国外竞争日益尖锐的情形下,每一个企业如何获取和保持自己的核心竞争力,是企业生存和发展必须研究的。一个企业的核心竞争力培育是同其人力资源开发、培训体系有着不可分割的内在关系。人力资源开发是人力资本的体现,而以企业员工培训为主要途径的人力资源开发系统是同整个企业的经营管理、战略目标实践相联系的关键环节。企业人力资源培训和开发是人力资源管理过程中的重要内容,是人力资源投入的主要形式,是保持员工和工作匹配的关键环节。员工培训和开发的成功与否,直接决定了人力资源的管理效果。企业人事管理不仅要强调员工当前的使用,同时还要注重对员工潜能的进一步培训和开发。从企业人力资源的角度来看,培训和开发能够帮助企业员工充分发挥人力资源潜能,最大限度地实现自身价值,提高企业效益。

ABSTRACT


    With the development of economy and the standardization and scientific of enterprise management,human resource has to be showed out of its huge role and potential and the same time,the human resource is proved to be the core status among all resource elements.How to get and keep their own core competitiveness in the economic globalization and foreign competition is becoming increasingly sharp case is the thing that the enterprises must study if they want to survive and develop.A core competitiveness of the enterprise with its cultivation has an integral part of the internal relations to its human resource.Human resource development is the embodiment of human capital,and human resources development system of which regard the enterprise staff training as the main way is the key link with the entire enterprise management and the strategic target practice.Enterprise human resources training and development is the important content in the process of human resources management and is the main form of which human resources into,and is the key link of keeping the staff and work matching.Whether the staff training and development success or not directly determines the effect of human resource management.The business enterprise personal management not only emphasize the current using of their staff and also pay attention to the further training and development of their potential employees.From the point of view of the enterprise human resources,training and developing can help the employees show full play to the human resource potential and maximizing its value ,and keeping it continual improvement.
