摘  要


人力资源规划是人力资源管理的前提和基础,直接关系到人力资源管理的各项功能能否充分发挥和组织目标能否顺利实现。文章通过对人力资源规划概念、制定与实施的原则及对企业发展的作用的概述,揭示我国企业人力资源规划存在的问题,并针对我国企业面临的内外部环境和组织结构、组织目标在不断发生变化的情况下,提出了完善我国企业人力资源规划的对策。

 ABSTRACT 

Human resource planning is the human resources management, the prerequisite and basis of human resources management directly related to each function of could fully play and organizational goal achieving. Based on human resource planning concept, the formulation and implementation of the principle of enterprise development and the role of the paper, reveals our country enterprise human resources planning, and the problems in view of China's enterprises are facing the internal and external environment and organization structure, organizational goal in constant changing, puts forward the perfect our country business enterprise human resources planning countermeasures.
