我国中小企业人才流失的现状及对策研究
摘 要
目前,中小企业已经成为推动我国国民经济发展的重要力量,并且成为我国就业人口的主要渠道,对于国计民生的重要性不言而喻。但是同大企业相比较,中小企业的总体竞争能力明显较弱,尤其是人才流失问题比大企业更为严重。在一定程度上,已经严重影响了中小企业的健康、稳步发展,也一定程度上造成了社会人才资源的浪费和埋没。在提出中小企业人力资源管理特点的基础上,我们还特别对中小企业人才流失的现状与原因进行相对全面的分析,并且提出相应的解决对策。

ABSTRACT
At present, the small and medium-sized enterprises have become most important strength for our national economy development, and become China's main channel for employment, beneficial to the people's livelihood importance is self-evident. Compared with big company posture, small and medium-sized enterprises are significantly weaker competitive ability overall, especially the brain drain problem is more serious than big companies. To a certain extent, has seriously affected the small and medium-sized enterprise health, develop steadily, also caused a certain degree of social resources waste and buried. In the small and medium-sized enterprise human resource management on the basis of the characteristics, we also undertake relatively comprehensive analysis and put forward the corresponding countermeasures specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises current situation of brain drain and reason.
