xx市住宅小区物业管理的现状及对策研究
摘要：物业管理作为一种新型的公共服务模式近些年来得到迅速发展。通过20多年的理论和实践探索，我国的物业管理行业获得了较大发展。但由于我国的物业管理法律体系还十分不完善，政府职能部门不健全等，一些深层次的问题逐步暴露出来。本文从调查运城市住宅小区物业管理质量问题入手，如收费难，住宅小区车辆停放问题，小区的经营状况，以及业主大会和业主委员会成立机制等问题凸显，从而全面而系统地分析物业管理存在的问题，旨在提出促进运城物业管理行业良性发展的对策。

The status and measures for improvement of the estate management of yuncheng’s dwelling district
Abstract: As a kind of new public service,the estate management develops quickly in these years.With 20-year researches in the field of theory and practice,the estate management of the our country have made a great achievement.Because the real estate management law system of the our country still very not perfect,the government working talent section is not sound,the problem exposes out gradually. the fee makes the difficulty ect.. this context mainly investigate real estate problems of yuncheng.it focuses on the good advices for the development of estate management of yuncheng’s dwelling district.
