基于医疗体制改革的住院医师培训研究——以X医院为例
【摘要】随着社会发展和医学的进步，我国的医疗卫生事业取得了辉煌的成就。但是随着人们物质生活水平的提高，人民群众对医疗卫生的需求也日益增加，“看病难，看病贵”仍是国家关注民生的主要问题。随着医疗体制改革的深入，医疗资源分配不均衡、城乡医疗资源差别的存在、三级医院与一级医院的医师水平的高低，成为阻碍解决群众“看病难、看病贵”的焦点问题。本文从群众“看病难、看病贵”问题的根源、现状、原因等问题入手，探求在我国开展住院医师培训的必要性和紧迫性，并借鉴国外住院医师培训的成功经验，提出在新的医疗体制改革背景下，我国住院医师培训研究的思路和方法。

With the development of society and advances in medicine， medical and health undertakings in China has made brilliant achievements. But with the improvement of people's material living standards, increased demand on medical and health of the people，“visiting doctor being difficult, and expensive” is still the people's livelihood problems. With the deepening of reform of medical, medical resource allocation imbalances, differences exist, the third-level hospital medical resources in urban and rural areas of high and low level with the level of hospital doctors, obstacles to tackle “the difficulty and high cost of” focus. This article from the masses “difficulty and high cos t of” starting with issues such as the root of the problem, current situation, reasons and exploring in the necessity and urgency of residency training, and draw on the successful experience of foreign residency training, proposed in the new health care reform under the background of, research thinking and method of resident training in China.
