市场经济下的政府职能转变

摘 要：随着新技术革命的蓬勃发展，我国加入WTO,经济市场化、全球化的风起云涌，正在以前所未有的速度与深度影响和改变着世界。如何因应新形势的挑战，抓住机遇，在遵循国际通行规则的前提下，继续完善社会主义市场经济体制，提升我国经济的国际竞争力，全面建设小康社会，是摆在我国各级政府面前的一项重大课题。对于我国要建立主义市场体制，让市场在资源配置中发挥基础性作用，对此政府要发挥积极作用，但是在市场经济条件下政府该做什么，不该做什么却经常没有明确的界限，从而导致政府与市场职能不清，导致政企不分的现象。本篇文章主要是分析我国政府在新的市场经济条件下职能转变问题

For our country to build socialist market system, let the market in resource allocation play a fundamental role, the government should play an active role, but under the conditions of market economy, the government should do not have what often explicitly boundaries, leading to the government and the market function is not clear, cause indistinction between the phenomenon. This article mainly analyzes how our government’s function changes in the new market economy condition.
